Sell Policy
Please note that we do not carry or sell or introduce any narcotic, scheduled drugs, controlled prescription drugs. These include the following:
• Sleeping pills or sedatives, such as Ambien and Sonata.
• Anti-anxiety medicines, such as Valium, Xanax and Ativan.
• Male hormones, such as testosterone and testosterone derivatives.
• CNS stimulants, such as Ritalin and Adderal.
• Anti-convulsants and anti-psychotics.
• Certain weight loss medications, such as Phentermine ,Ionamin , Acipex.
• Opioid based pain killers, such as codeine and morphine derivatives.

General Condition.
- All other meds are shipped from our Thailand and India facility and generally take about 7-21 business days to be received from the moment the order is shipped
- We do not process orders on Weekends and Holidays
- We will not process or ship orders to a P.O. BOX or A.P.Os
- Please allow 24-48 hours for processing before order ships (weekends excluded)
- If extra identification is required to process you order, please calculate arrival time starting 24 hours after information has been successfully received by our billing department
- If billing information or shipping addresses are incomplete, calculate arrival time starting 24 hours from the time the correct information has been supplied to our billing department
- Orders with more than 90+ pills will be sent in multiple shipments and they may not arrive the same day
- If billing and shipping address are different we will ask for further identification and email will be sent with instructions

Refund Policy
If you do not receive your parcel in 21 business days after shipped out.. ,Please email to adminx@EmedicalState.com ,We will check and reship if your parcel lost.
If your parcels are detained or confiscated by your Customs ,We will reship or fully Refund.The reshipment in above cases (parcel lost or detained or confiscated by your Customs) ,wll be Free of Charge.
